"In addition to being expensive, Aveda’s previous network solution was unstable, disjointed and did not provide the security required to protect our internal systems.
In order to move to an integrated POS system across our stores we required a solution with low downtime and a strong SLA along with proving itself on a cost benefit
basis. The IPsX staff have assisted in the process in both working through the cost benefit's with layman such as myself and working through the technical aspects
with our IT team.
As part of the project management of the implementation, IPSX have gone as far as appeasing our end user's in remote location's given the sensitivity and importance
